BURTON JOYCE & BULCOTE COMMUNITY MARKET

STALLHOLDER APPLICATION FORM

1. The Trustees of Burton Joyce & Bulcote Village (“The Trustees”) reserve the right to reject any stall application it considers inappropriate.

2. If your stall application is not accepted, the Trustees will advise and refund you if you have already paid.

3. The Trustees do not have cleaners during the event dealing with the waste created by stallholder products. All stallholders are responsible for the removal of their
waste/property from the venue.

4. The Trustees have the right to ask you to remove any items you are selling that are contrary to those listed on your application form.

5. Silly string, glitter, confetti, naked flame or candles and toy guns are prohibited.

6. Posters, banners and promotional material MUST stay within the boundary of the stall.

7. The Trustees are not responsible for items left behind by stallholders or stolen from the Village Hall.

8. The Trustees reserve the right to change the placement or availability of the
stalls/stallholder at short notice and as they see fit.

9. Stallholders should not arrive earlier than the confirmed time stated in your Stallholder Guidelines as this will cause traffic congestion.

10. No nails, screws, drawing pins etc. shall be used for any purpose (except on the
notice boards).

11. There will be no obstruction to the fire exits with tables, chairs or items to be sold at
the market.

12. All extension cords brought to the event must be PAT tested by a qualified electrician and show evidence of such testing.

13. All stallholders must practise safe cash handling procedures at all times.

14. Stallholders must have current Public Liability Insurance for at least £2 million and
provide evidence of current insurance if requested.

15. Once the Stallholder’s Application is signed and dated this document becomes a
legally binding document.

16. Should you no longer be able to attend an event, you must notify the Trustees no less than 48 hours prior to the event.

    DECLARATION AND UNDERTAKING

    I have read the Terms and Conditions for Stallholders and agree to abide by them.

    I agree to indemnify Burton Joyce Village Hall Community Market against any claims, payments, costs or losses resulting from any failure on my/our part to comply with the said Terms and Conditions.

    Under the GDPR, you have the right to erasure. If you no longer wish to attend the market or receive updates, you may request that we delete your personal data at any time.
